We prepare freelancer accounts  using the rules for small companies as laid out in the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (FRSSE).

These accounts form the basis of your tax return to HM Revenue and Customs, and must also be filed at Companies House nine months after your year end - unless you are a small company.

Abbreviated Accounts


A small company may file abbreviated accounts, consisting of a Balance Sheet and notes, in place of the full financial statements, but must still prepare the full financial statements for distribution to its members and filing with the company's Corporation Tax Return with
